Copyright and Licensing Policy
Copyright
Authors retain copyright in their work. The Journal of Biomedical Sciences and Health (JBSH) does not require authors to transfer copyright to the journal. By publishing in JBSH, authors authorize the journal to publish the Version of Record and to identify JBSH as the original venue of publication.
Authors are responsible for ensuring that material owned by third parties is used with permission or another lawful basis and is clearly identified where a different copyright or license applies.
Licensing
Unless a clearly identified third-party item states otherwise, JBSH articles are published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license.
CC BY 4.0 permits users to share, copy, redistribute, adapt, transform, and build upon the material for any purpose, including commercial purposes, provided that appropriate credit is given, a link to the license is provided, and changes are indicated.
License text: Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International.
Author Reuse
Because authors retain copyright and the article is published under CC BY 4.0, authors may reuse, share, deposit, and distribute their work subject to appropriate attribution and any separate rights attached to third-party material.
No Additional Restrictions
JBSH does not impose legal or technological restrictions that contradict the permissions granted by CC BY 4.0.
